We’re Reinventing the Survivor Experience
Until there’s a cure, we’re working to meet the needs of patients, caregivers, and providers in a whole new way.
Not another medical facility.
With generous support, we’re creating serene gathering spaces that look good, smell good, and feel like home, places where patients want to go to find the company and care that restores them. Visit Blanton House, our inaugural retreat, to get a feel for our groundbreaking concept.

Our integrative programs and services are evidence-based and curated by our Scientific Advisory Board to deliver measurable improvements in quality of life.
We’re patient-centered and community-focused.
Services are free and we offer easy access to public transportation. Beginning in 2026, we will offer free shuttle service, as well as complimentary, on-site childcare. Our goal is to remove barriers to being together.

We aim to make Cancer Retreat Centers available in communities throughout our region. In collaboration with local Community Partners, each location will be uniquely tailored to the survivor experience but consistent in delivering CRC’s evidence-based protocols.
Blanton House
The 1st of multiple, diverse locations
Blanton House is our inaugural Cancer Retreat Center. Sponsorships, donations, and collaboration have transformed this historic mansion in the heart of Richmond, Virginia’s largest city park into a beautiful retreat that has become a community hub for survivors and those who care for them.
